Recreation League

Girls will be divided into two divisions: 2nd-4th grades and 5th–6th grades. Practices will be held at OMMS from 7-8 or 8-9 on either Tuesdays or Thursdays. Due to all the middle school activities, we must schedule around basketball and wrestling matches. Games are held at OMMS on Saturday mornings beginning December 4th. We will have a seven game schedule.

2nd–4th grade games are played on 9 foot goals and will use a size 27.5" basketball.

5th and 6th grade games are played on 10 foot goals with a size 28.5" basketball.

Volunteers Needed: Our program is dependent on volunteer coaches. Please contact Janine Noel if you would like to help in any way. Evaluations and late registration will be held October 30th at OMMS. The 2nd-4th graders will be evaluated from 7:00-8:00 and the 5-6 graders will be from 8:00-9:00. Evaluations are extremely helpful in making the teams even and all players are encouraged to attend. If you plan on registering on October 30th, please arrive early. Registration is $100. We will be taking registrations beginning 30 minutes prior to your evaluation time.

Thank you,

Coach Noel
